1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 10 business days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be unused
The bottle must remain sealed
Item must be in original packaging
All accessories, promotional items, and packaging must be included
Non-Eligible Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used fragrances.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over $100), and you return items that reduce the order below the threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
